Canon Law requires each parish to have a finance council which advises the pastor and Parish Council in matters of finance and the administration of parish goods in adherence with diocesan financial policies. The committee reviews all parish and parish organization financial reports, reviews and approves annual report to the diocese, prepares an annual budget, and reviews and advises the pastor on all unbudgeted expenditures over $3000.
